Frequently Asked Questions

How is ownership at Front Four Private Residence Club evidenced?
Title to your Membership is evidenced by an eighth-share deeded interest in a two-, three- or four-bedroom residence at Front Four Private Residence Club, which is recorded and insured by a title insurance policy, subject to the Governing Instruments. This interest can be placed in trust, sold or willed to other individuals like most other forms of real estate.

Is it a timeshare development?
No. Timeshare is typically the ownership of a specific week (or weeks) and lodging is usually limited to a specific unit. Members at Front Four Private Residence Club have access to all residences of their residence category (two-, three- or four-bedroom) and all facilities, with the right to use anytime, subject to the reservation policies. With eight (8) owners per residence, vacation use is abundant and flexible and is used more like whole ownership real estate than a timeshare.

Why was the private residence club concept developed?
Front Four is designed to provide more convenience, services and amenities than are normally provided by an equally luxurious vacation home. The club was also created to provide members generous and flexible vacation use, remove the worries typically associated with vacation home ownership, and significantly reduce the financial burden through shared ownership of the residences and club facilities. More importantly, it provides the unique opportunity to match your real estate purchase with your expected use of a luxury second home.

Are there similar private residence clubs at other destination resorts?
Yes. There are other similar clubs at highly acclaimed ski, golf, and beach resorts throughout the United States, Mexico, and Europe. Private residence clubs are being designed and built in an increasingly growing selection of destinations since the introduction of the first club in Deer Valley, Utah, in 1993.

As an owner at Front Four, can I vacation at these other destinations?
Ownership at Front Four entitles you to membership in The Registry Collection. Owners will have the opportunity to exchange pre-planned vacations in order to experience other similar luxury vacation residences around the world.

How often can owner/members use Front Four residences?
Owners can use the residences as often as they wish, subject to Front Four's Lodging Reservations Policies and Procedures. Members have the flexibility of reserving vacations well in advance and may have additional lodging opportunities on a space available basis. In the early fall, members reserve up to 14 days of prime winter planned vacations. In the early spring, members reserve 14 days of prime summer planned vacations. The prime planned vacations are booked in three, four, or seven-day options. Once all owners'reservation requests have been confirmed in the prime seasons, an owner can go back in and reserve one additional long-term space available reservation of up to seven nights in each season. In addition, unlimited space accessible use is available by calling within a 15-day window prior to your requested arrival day. These reservations can be made for periods of a minimum of one to a maximum of seven days per space available reservation. There is no limit to the amount of use. If some members use Front Four less, other members may use it more.

Is every stay at Front Four 3, 4 or 7 day stays?
No. Members can use Front Four just like a second home, subject to the Lodging Reservations Policies and Procedures. Members can stay for as little as one night based on availability.

Will Members always stay in the same Front Four residence?
No. Members may stay in any of the residences of the type they purchased. For example, if you purchase a two-bedroom residence, you may stay in any of the Front Four two-bedroom residences. The same applies for all residence types.

Which family members have Front Four privileges?
Spouses have full membership privileges, as well as dependent children under age 23.

Will Front Four residences be open to the public?
Front Four Private Residence Club will be operated for the use, benefit and enjoyment of owner/members, their families and guests only.

Do owner/members pay annual dues?
